Hi, I’m Olivia.

I’m a CFO with over 15 years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses, helping owners understand their numbers and make confident financial decisions.

I’m also the founder of a yoga studio in Sydney.  Through running a wellness business myself, I saw first-hand how many studio owners and wellness practitioners struggle with financial clarity.

Many wellness businesses are built with incredible passion and purpose, but very little financial structure.

Questions like:

• Why is my cash flow always tight?
• Is my business actually profitable?
• How do I grow sustainably without burning out?

These are common challenges — and they’re rarely taught in teacher trainings or wellness certifications. 

That’s why I created Wellness CFO.

My goal is to help wellness business owners understand their numbers, gain financial clarity, and build businesses that are both meaningful and financially sustainable.

Through strategic CFO advisory, I work with founders to bring structure to their finances —from cash flow planning and budgeting to pricing strategy and profitability insights.

I believe a wellness business should not only support the wellbeing of its clients, but also the wellbeing of its owners. 

Financial clarity removes stress, creates confidence and calm, and allow founders  to  focus on what they do best.
